At Viora, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. Below are the details of our cancellation policy:
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wearviora.com. You can cancel your order within an hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled free of charge within an hour after placing the order.
- After Processing: Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, cancellations may no longer be possible.
2. SHIPPED ORDERS
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy only. Please refer to the Return Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return.
3. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you placed a pre-order, cancellations are accepted anytime before the product order is fulfilled. After the item has been fulfilled, shipped, standard cancellation rules will apply.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product which is about to launch in our store. We may collect a partial or full payment / deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

For any custom or personalized orders, cancellations are not permitted after placing the order. Once custom or personalized order has been placed, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.

Viora reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, payment issues, or pricing errors. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
