1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 7 - 14 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer various shipping options within Pakistan and United Arab Emirates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 7 - 14 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5 - 7 Business Days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping for you as well. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • International Standard: 9 - 18 Business Days
  • International Expedited: 7 - 14 Business Days

Please note that shipping times can vary due to customs processing in the destination country.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact our customer support team at info@wearviora.com for assistance.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Viora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs, taxes, and customs duties, are the responsibility of the customer.

8. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs issues may impact the delivery time. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays once your order has been shipped.

9. ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@wearviora.com within 1 - 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.
